Brenda Mulunga

Brenda Mulunga is a passionate communicator who currently works at KCIC Consulting Ltd as a media monitoring and reporting associate.

She has worked at the Horizon Contact Centre as a customer service agent under Multichoice Africa which handles DSTV and GOTV TV subscription accounts. This equipped her with the work ethic of delivering services with utmost efficiency, privacy, and positive results. The responsibilities also enabled her to sharpen her communication and problem-solving skills that were crucial for the success of her tasks.

Her work at The Kenya National Examinations Council as Data Entry Clerk where she retrieved information from hard copy and transferred online and verified information before receiving it ensured that she practiced confidentiality when handling personal and delicate documents. 

As Sales Executive at Top Image Africa Ltd where she handled the sale of Home Internet, the environment equipped her with sales skills that enabled her to meet her targets of the required number of sales every month.

Brenda monitors daily newspapers, digital and social media platforms and develops weekly reports on media trends on respective topics to inform our communication strategies.
